Goatsbridge Trout farm are on the shortlist for the Bord Iscaigh Mhara National Seafood awards.

The company have launched a new cookery book called ‘Fish Wise’ , which consist mostly of Trout recipes . Mag Kirwan referred to the book as an innovative to educate consumers. The profits of this book will go to charity a hospice in Uganda
Mag Kirwan told KCLR they’re being recognised for their innovation in marketing trout to the Irish market.
