Armed robbery in Carlow business yesterday

An armed robbery took place at a local business yesterday evening.

Shortly after 6 o’clock a man entered O’Leary Affordable Cars in Graiguecullen, produced a knife and demanded money.

He made off with a sum of money on foot out the Portlaoise Road.

He’s described as being completely dressed in black with a beanie hat, a hood and a scarf pulled up over half his face.
