Kilkenny B&B is best in Ireland

The national B&B of the year award has gone to a family in North Kilkenny.

Springview Farmhouse in Urlingford owned and run by the Joyce family picked up the top accolade at the AGM of B&B Ireland in the Ashling hotel in Dublin yesterday.

They were selected as winners by an independent expert from Customer Service Excellence Ireland based on exeptional reviews and the depth of praise given by the guests who commented on their stay there.

Springview was the only Kilkenny finalist in a shortlist dominated by Cork.
