Minister for Housing, Planning and Local Government Eoghan Murphy arrived in our locality just after midday on Friday, February 15, beginning in Rathvilly where he turned the sod for eight new homes at Fr Flood Avenue. Some of the existing residents were also present:
From there it was onto Sleaty Park View in Graiguecullen to announce the completion of 26 family homes with Clúid. There was great excitement for those getting keys to their new houses:

The first Kilkenny stop on the itinerary was in Castlecomer to turn the sod at a site in Donaguile – work on a 33 bed development, including two houses adapted for those with a disability, begins there on Monday.
Then it was onto Urlingford & to Togher Way – where this new resident spoke of her joy with her home:
