Carlow Arts Festival cancelled due to Coronavirus

The Carlow arts festival organisers have taken the difficult decision to cancel this years event.

Despite hopes that the situation will have improved vastly by June they decided to pull the plug at this stage even though huge work and planning has gone into the festival already.
