Funeral details have been announced for the young Kilkenny man who died when his e-scooter collided with a car on Saturday evening.
14-year-old Joe Carthy from Bonnettstown is a son of Paddy & Bridget and brother to Patrick, William, Rachel, Lorraine, Katelyn and Annabelle.

He’ll be Reposed in Johnston’s Funeral Home on Wednesday from 5pm with Funeral Prayers at 6.30pm followed by removal to St. Patrick’s Church.
Mass will take place there at 12noon on Thursday before Joe is laid to rest in St. Kieran’s Cemetery.
