Local man remanded in custody following arrest over €10.6 million cocaine seizure

A man arrested in connection with the seizure of 10.6 million euro worth of cocaine in Kilkenny has been remanded in custody.

61-year-old businessman Michael Murphy, with an address on the Waterford/Kilkenny border, appeared via videolink at Waterford District Court this morning.

Mr. Murphy was remanded in custody, and will appear before the courts again on April 15th via videolink.
