Emergency works being carried out on busy Carlow stretch

A busy stretch of road in Carlow is closed today until 5pm for maintenance works due to flooding.

Carpenters Way is closed from the junction at the Burrin Road roundabout to the roundabout at Éire Óg GAA club.

Residents and members of the public who normally use the aforementioned road are advised to plan their journey accordingly taking into account possible delays.
