Daughter of well-known county Carlow mart manager set to donate hair to charity

A young local girl is set to have her hair cut in aid of a charitable group.

Tara Driver, daughter of Tullow Mart Manager Eric, is taking part in the Locks of Love in aid of LauraLynn Children’s Hospice.

Original aim was to gather about €400, but she’s already exceeded that figure.

Her shorter ‘do’ will be seen later today and she outlined to KCLR why she’s undergoing the chop, saying; “to help children who are unwell and to help them feel better”
