Carlow looks set to boost its new home numbers. 

Planning permission’s been lodged with the county council by Ballon Property Holdings Holdings U.C. for a new residential development at Mortarstown Upper.

If realised, it would see 52 accommodation offerings in a mix of apartments and houses as well as site works. (Full details here).

A decision is due from the local authority on the 18th of December.

Meanwhile, T Nolan Developments Ltd has been granted approval for its plans for the Fenagh Road in Ballon.
