Green Light for 29 New Homes in Ayrfield Phase Two Development In Kilkenny

Phase two of a housing development in Ayrfield has been given the green light.

A total of 29 new homes will be built on the Granges Road. The development will include a mix of three- and four-bedroom detached and semi-detached houses, as well as two-bedroom ground- and first-floor duplex units.

Plans also provide for a new vehicular connection from the existing Phase One development, along with boundary treatments, a public open space, foul and surface water connections, and all associated site works.
