Kilkenny to Host Nationally Televised Mass for Vocations Sunday

Vocations Sunday, which will be marked by Catholics tomorrow (Sunday), will feature a televised Mass from Kilkenny.

St Canice’s Catholic Parish in Kilkenny will host tomorrow’s Mass, which will be broadcast live on RTÉ One and online via the RTÉ Player at 11am.

The Mass will be celebrated by the Bishop of Waterford and Lismore, Alphonsus Cullinan, who serves as Chair of the Bishops’ Council for Vocations.

He will be assisted by Father Willie Purcell, the National Vocations Coordinator and Parish Priest of St Canice’s.

Seminarians from St Patrick’s College, Maynooth, will join the celebration alongside religious representatives from the Diocese of Ossory and others involved in vocations promotion.
