The death has taken place of Loida McFarland, (nee Baez),
Craanaha, Ballon, Carlow formerly of Braganza, Carlow and Formosa, Argentina
Peacefully on August 8th 2026, at Sonas Nursing Home, Tullow, Co. Carlow.
Loida will be at rest at Carpenter Bros Funeral Home, Shamrock Sq., Carlow (R93 C863) on Wednesday August 12th from 4pm, concluding with prayers at 7pm that evening.
Removal from there on Thursday morning at 10.30am to arrive at Carlow Methodist Church, Athy Road, (Eircode R93 RW31) for a Service of Celebration and Thanksgiving for Loida’s life at 11am
A private cremation Service will take place afterwards.
