St Lachtain’s are looking forward rather than back after securing a victory over St Martin’s in last weekend’s Intermediate relegation play-off semi-final.
The Freshford side now turn their attention to a championship quarter-final against Rower-Inistioge.
But speaking to KCLR, St Lachtain’s player Brian Kennedy says they will need to improve if they are to progress further.
“We feel ourselves we have let ourselves down the last couple of weeks. I don’t know if we could be considered a top team at the moment.
“It’s just about raising the standards, being a bit better every week, and seeing where it takes us.”
