With Christmas drawing ever nearer, Mary Ann went out to Celine and Bertram Salter of Carlow Foods in Fenagh, Co. Carlow to see how turkeys are reared and prepared for the big day! Anne Neary of Ryeland House, Cuffesgrange, then gave a wonderful cookery demonstration in her own kitchen, showing us how to cook the turkey!
