2 Fianna Fail Councillors who failed to be selected at convention can now run in local elections

2 Fianna Fail councillors who didn’t make the cut at the parties convention first time around have now been added to the ticket for the local elections in Kilkenny this May.

Cora Long will contest the South of the county for the party now alongside Pat Walsh, Eamon Aylward, Ger Frisby and Brendan Fennelly.

While Joe Malone has been added to the Kilkenny city west electoral area – he will join Matt Doran, Patrick McKee and John Coonan on the ticket there.
