By this day next week unless FR Dan’s old Irish blessing for the Irish team does the trick we will be saying how great it was that we got to Poland at all and what a great time all the lads from Graigue and Kilkenny and Killeshin had! But what will we do then? We will be following the progress of at least two local Olympians and two Para Olympians in London. There may also be a Carlow Olympian Sam Watson who is waiting anxiously to see if he gets the chance of a lifetime. So thats July/August! The roll on September when we follow the thrills and spills of the hurling championships and then when we thought it couldn’t get more exciting the County Championships will burst on to the scene! How lucky are we?
