Eircom still working on restoring service for 4 thousand customers including a lot in Kilkenny

If you are still without your phone & broadband service from Eircom since the Storm in February the bad news is it might not be fixed this week.

The company says its crews are still working around the clock on getting customers back up and running but as of this morning 4 thousand were still without their services including a large number in county Kilkenny.

And Eircom says it will be the end of next week before all are fixed again.

Margaret contacted the Sue Nunn show on behalf of an elderly man who has been without his phone for weeks.

She has been in touch with various people in Eircom and also with local politicians, Age action, ComReg and even the Dail and is angry that nothing is being done for him.
