More than 17 hundred new homes will be needed in Carlow & Kilkenny over the next 5 years to accomodate the rise in population.
A new report published today by the Government advisory body ‘The Housing Agency’ says Kilkenny will need more than 150 units a year between now and 2018 with an immediate supply shortfall in the city and its environs.
