Carlow Council Manager says Carlow Town is doing well despite Teagasc report

Carlow companies are continuing to expand and increase employment numbers – that’s according to County Manager Tom Barry.

He’s been reacting to Teagasc’s Index of the Economic Strength of Rural Towns in Ireland which put Carlow in the bottom spot with Offaly.

Speaking on KCLR’s The Way It Is last evening Mr Barry says he sees it differently.
