Carlow TD Pat Deering calls for flat rate charge to all householders until all meters are installed

A local Fine Gael TD has said that a flat rate should be charged for water until all meters are installed in the Country.

His comments come after IrishWater announced a one month extension in the date to submit household details.

Householders now have until the end of November to fill out the IrishWater forms.
