A local councillor says new parking charges are causing chaos in Bagenalstown.
Denis Foley claims since paid parking was introduced at the train station theres been an increase in illegal parking around the town.

He says yesterday a car was blocking the entrance to a building site at St Brigids primary schools where a new autism unit is under construction.
Councillor Foley says it seems people aren’t willing to pay the charges.
