Kilkenny Arts Festival has announced a change to its usual headline act.
The ‘Shakespeare Globe Theatre Company’ has held sold-out shows at the event for the past 3 summers.
This year though, festival organisers have announced that a co-production between the ‘Druid’ company and Lincoln Centre Festival New York are to replace it.
However, Shakespeare-lovers needn’t fear as Festival Director, Eugene Downes, told KCLR that his work will still be at the centre of it all.
