Carlow business flourishes at gardening awards

A Carlow Business has won ‘Large Garden Centre of the Year’.

The Arboretum Home and Garden Heaven was given the award at Bord Bia’s annual Garden Industry Awards yesterday, which recognised 8 garden centres and 17 landscape service providers.

The Arboretum also won a 5 Star Gold Garden Centre Award, one of only two garden centres in the country to achieve this grade.

Speaking to KCLR, one of the company’s directors, Barry Doyle, said it was a great day all round for them.
