Local Councillor hits back at ‘Renua’

A local Sinn Féin councillor says she does NOT see new party, ‘Renua’, as a threat.

Speaking at the launch of the new party on Friday, Renua’s leader, Lucinda Creighton declared the party would never consider going into a coalition with Sinn Féin.

Kilkenny Councillor Kathleen Funchion has hit back at the party though, saying they don’t appear to be a party for the people.
