A Carlow secondary school principal wants proper sports facilities provided for his students.
Gerry Watchorn is principal at Presentation de la Salle in Bagenalstown where a 16 year wait for a modern sports hall goes on.

In spite of that the students this year have achieved plenty reaching provincial and All Ireland finals in basketball, gaelic games and winning medals on the athletics track.
But Gerry says they are they only local school without such vital facilities.
