Five people appear before a special sitting of Kilkenny District Court

3 people remain in custody in Kilkenny this morning charged in connection with two separate robberies.

5 people in total – 4 males and a female – appeared before a special sitting of Kilkenny District Court yesterday afternoon.

The first incident, involving the woman and one of the men, happened at half five on Wednesday evening on High Street.

While the second, involving three males occurred in the Library Car park on Johns Key in the early hours of yesterday morning.

3 of the 5 were remanded in custody yesterday evening.
