Cycle to Syria takes place locally today

Locals are doing their bit today to help the refugee crisis in Syria.

Throughout the day, they’ll travel over 5 thousand miles on stationary bikes.

The event is taking place in Ballyhale Scoil Aireagail.

Kilkenny senior hurler, Colin Fennelly is one of those involved, he told KCLR why they’ve chosen to do it.
