“Matches on a Saturday not affecting preparations” – Kilkenny Rugby Manager Packie Hennebry

Kilkenny Rugby Club manager Packie Hennebry says that playing matches on a Saturday is not affecting preparations having always played their matches on a Sunday up until the end of last season.

Speaking ahead of tomorrow’s Leinster League Division 1A clash away to Ashbourne, Packie says that matches on  a Saturday suit everyone concerned.

Carlow are also in action tomorrow against Newbridge in Division 2A at 1.30.

Tullow are in Division 1B action on Sunday against Mullingar at 2.30 in the Blackgates.
