Kilkenny Arts Festival kicks off on Friday and as well as being a 10 day extravaganza of music, literature, visual art, performance and spectacle, debate, discussion and drama, it is in itself a business which must operate commercially in order to survive. We talked to Festival Chief Executive Rosemary Collier about the challenges and about why business should support the event in these difficult times.

I’m away next week and the very capable Conor Power will be sitting in the hot seat in my place.  Until next time, take care
