The man in his 60’s has died following whats described by Gardaí as a tragic accident in Ballykeeffe Quarry in Co Kilkenny
Emergency services were alerted to an incident yesterday afternoon and the man was pronounced dead at the scene.
His body was removed to University hospital in Waterford and a file is to be prepared for the Coroner’s court.
