David Flynn Construction has been granted permission to construct 16 news houses at Abbeylands in Ferrybank
Kilkenny County Council has granted planning permission for the demolition of two existing shed buildings
and removal of the remaining floor slab of a previous dwelling, to construct 12 3 bed units and 4 two bed units
Their will also be a new site entrance from Abbey Road with new boundary treatments, and all associated site & development works
