An appeal to the decision to shut down a puppy farm near Myshall earlier this year has been adjourned in Carlow court this morning.
A closure order was issued by the local authority following an inspection of the premises in Raheenleigh back in April and more than 300 animals were seized
This morning an appeal by the owner to have his dog breeding licene reinstated was due to be heard but the case was adjourned until December.
More than 100 demonstraters from all over the country gathered outside the courthouse earlier.
