The death has taken place of Albert (Albie) Townsend,
Jerpoint, Thomastown, Co Kilkenny.
He died peacefully 24th February after a short illness at St Columba's hospital Thomastown.
A private family funeral will take place on Friday at 11am in the Church of the Assumption, Thomastown, Co Kilkenny.
