The death has taken place of Breda Rooney (née Higgins),
of Sleaty Cross, Graiguecullen, Carlow and formerly of Riverstown, Co. Sligo.
passed away unexpectedly, on August 12th ,2024, at her home.
Reposing at Carpenter Bros Funeral Home, Shamrock Sq, Carlow on Sunday, August 18th, from 5pm, concluding with Prayers at 7pm that evening.
Removal from there on Monday, to The Cathedral of the Assumption, Carlow arriving for Funeral Mass at 10am.
A private cremation will take place at a later date.
