Rathgar, Dublin and formally of Windgap, Kilkenny, and Royal Victoria Eye and Ear Hospital, Dublin
Peacefully in St James Hospital in Dublin on Thursday
Reposing at Brian McElroy Funeral Home, Crumlin Village on Monday from 5pm to 7pm
Funeral Service will take place on Tuesday at 3pm in The Garden Chapel, Mount Jerome Crematorium followed by cremation.
