The death has taken place of William Billy Phelan,
Foxrock, Dublin and formerly of the Circular Road, Kilkenny
He died on the 13th November unexpectedly at his home
Reposing at his sister Joan Nags home 8 Greenfields Road, Bishops Meadows, Kilkenny from 4pm on Tuesday with rosary at 8pm
Funeral prayers on Wednesday morning at 10am followed by removal to St Mary’s Cathedral for requiem mass at 11am
Interment afterwards in St Kieran’s Cemetery
