Irish Water will brief locals later on major works coming up in Kilkenny city after Easter.
Around 8 weeks of work are planned as part of a Water Mains replacement project affecting Patrick Street and Chapel Avenue in the city.
The work will involve replacing old cast iron water mains to improve security of supply for local customers and also to reduce leaks.
If you want to find out exactly how it will affect you or your business you can go along to an information meeting in the Pembroke hotel from 6-8pm this evening.
Officials from Irish Water will be there to let people know what will be happening when the works start on April 9th.
