There’s no through traffic in Borris today as the annual Fair takes hold.
Traders and attendees began arriving last evening and are set to take over the main street with stalls and more.
Gardaí are warning that diversions are in place around the village until this evening.
While a number of businesses will close, some of them having shut up yesterday.
