The finalists for The Irish Food Awards, 2024, which will take place in Dingle from the 3rd to the 5th of October, have been announced.
It’s the 17th year of Blas na hEireann and a record breaking 3,000 entries were judged with many new producers entering the awards for the first time.
The eight finalists shortlisted from Co. Kilkenny across a range of different categories are Arán Bakery & Bistro, Callan Bacon, Eurospar Kilkenny, Goats Bridge Trout, Lekker food collection, Outdoors Herbalist, TCF Foods trading as Lisduggan Farm Foods and Tirlán.
Flying the flag for Carlow this year will be Bolton Family Jam, Lynch’s For Goodness Cakes, Murphys’s Craft Butcher’s, New Moon Restaurant Tullow, Royal Oak Distillery, Seerys and Sunshine Juice Ltd
