A Carlow Councillor is calling on the Health Minister and the HSE to give Kelvin Grove back to the county council.
John Cassin is looking for the building on the Athy Road to be handed back as it now sits vacant.
He’s also asking for funding to allow work to be done to it to make the building safe.
John told KCLR News, it would be a shame to leave the historic building and it would be pointless to leave it vacant.
