Carlows hurlers were beaten by a point by Limerick in a challenge game with Limerick yesterday.
It finished up 1-21 to 2-17.
The third round of senior football league games were completed over the weekend.
Yesterday, Old Leighlin are the only team undefeated in Div 1 with three wins from three games, while Naomh Eoin and Clonmore remain undefeated in Div 2

Carlow GAA are paying tribute to one of their dual players Eamonn Long who passed away yesterday.
Eamonn played his football with O’Hanrahans and his hurling with Carlow Town during the fifties and sixties.
