Over 82,000 euro has been awarded to Carlow to help people who have little or no computer or internet skills.
The funding is part of a national programme to help around 12,000 people develop their IT abilities.

The Carlow County Development Partnership will receive over €58,000 while Carlow Rural and Information Services is to receive almost $24,000.
