Local animation company Cartoon Saloon has created a short film for children going into hospital.
”Ben and Tara’s Visit to the Hospital” is narrated by Moone Boy star Chris O’Dowd and will be used to help prepare young children going for surgery.

It’s the only resource of its kind in the country and was developed for free for Temple Street Children’s Hospital in Dublin by the Award-winning Kilkenny animation studio.
Cartoon Saloon is the company behind Oscar-nominated films The Secret of Kells and Song of the Sea, as well as the TV series Puffin Rock.
