Castlecomer water restrictions have been extended for another fortnight

Residents in Castlecomer are not happy with the latest extension to the water restrictions in place

Since the 14th August there has been disruption to water supplies from 9pm in the evening till 9am the following morning

These were due to be lifted today but Uisce Éireann has since said it will be a further two weeks before this will happen. They say it is to conserve water supplies for the area
