A child was taken to St Luke’s General Hospital following a crash in County Carlow yesterday.
The two-car incident happened on the N80 at Main Street in Ballon just after 4:30pm.
A garda spokesperson’s confirmed to KCLR News that a young person was conveyed to hospital as a precaution, adding no injuries have been reported.
The route closed for a time but has since reopened for use.
