More than €5m in Dormant Accounts Funding is being shared out to projects across the country.
Carlow’s set to get €136,600 – the county’s lions share of over €47,000 to be spent on hubs with €30,000 for sports inclusion disability projects, the rest shared between training & education, volunteer supports and HER moves.
While Kilkenny got the second lowest amount in the country – almost half of its €58,000 euro is for hubs with the rest for volunteer supports, HER moves as well as equality, diversity and inclusion.
