Commissioner Phil Hogan given Honorary Presidency of Kilkenny Young Fine Gael group

Commissioner Phil Hogan has been presented the Honorary Presidency of the Kilkenny Young Fine Gael group.

It was presented to him by Daniel Burke on his last day as their Chairman – it’s an award that was given to John Paul Phelan earlier this year.

Meanwhile, Ronan Doheny has been elected as the new chairman of the group.
