The facelift promised at Carlow courthouse has yet to happen.
Work was due to start this year on repairing the railings there but it hasnt yet and local Councillors are not happy about it.

They are a protected structure and Councillor Fergal Browne says they should never have been allowed to get into such a state of disrepair.
And he says the local authority could take the court services to court over the matter.
