There’s a brand new supermarket opening in Bagenalstown this morning.
German chain Lidl is opening its doors to customers for the first time. (8am)

The new shop on the Royal Oak Road was originally expected to open earlier this year but the Coivd-19 restrictions on the construction sector delayed the build.
The opening has been welcomed by locals and the Bagenalstown Area Chamber as a further sign of rejuvenation in the town.
KCLR last week highlighted how 16 new businesses were opening up in vacant premises.
